PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Create a front-end architecture that’s flexible, maintainable, and highly interactive.
· Create standards and define long term vision by leveraging web 2.0 and related technologies.
· Create sophisticated, imaginative and efficient front-end solutions for a large scale system.
· Develop high-quality code, establishing development standards and practice by example.
· Design reusable UI components by utilizing or building UI framework components.
· Make technology recommendations that support optimal construction, maintenance and performance.
· Leverage the latest developments in Internet technologies.
· Serve as a technical resource and mentor.
REQUIREMENTS:
· At least 5 – 10 years of hands on web development experience.
· Experience in coming up with a long-term vision and defining standards.
· Passionate and committed with strong sense of ownership and craftsmanship.
· Strong communication skills (interpersonal, written, and verbal).
· Highly proficient with cross-browser/platform CSS, DHTML and JavaScript. PHP
· Extensive Experience using JavaScript libraries like jQuery, Ext/JS. Dojo
· Experience with Apache Struts and spring and other frameworks.
